For me it’s taco salad. Turkey meat and black beans sautéed together on top of a bed of arugula or power greens. Toppings of avocado slices with a simple yogurt dressing made with cilantro and lime.

Salmon with asparagus or broccoli with rice or baby potatoes

237g of Fage total 5% Greek yoghurt with a 100g mixture of strawberries and blueberries
Snacker jacks rice cakes x2 with Biscoff spread (guilt free evening treat)
Tuna mayo or tinned salmon jacket potato with salad and cheese or swap for coleslaw
I am trying to eat more healthy meals and the above is a handful of my favourites so far.
For me, i like it simple and easy. Organic grass fed ribeye steak with white rice and protein greens. Of course it could be healthier with brown rice and whatnot but i need a balance of flavor and health.
