Break fast or keep going?

I’m doing 14/10. I’m well past my 14 hour fasting window now, but have no natural hunger cues at the moment and nothing sounds good to eat. In these cases, is it better to wait until natural hunger comes or stick to my window? I just worry about eating when nothing sounds satisfying.

Try to keep going just to test it. I found 16:8 was actually quite comfortable and only have to skip breakfast. Some days I start getting hungry around 15 hours while others I’m just fine until 17. I try to push myself past 16 which isn’t too hard if you’ve already made it to 15.
