I want to break my Intermittent Fast with a Protein Shake and an apple (as lunch @ 2pm), followed by a low carb dinner at home (@7pm)
- Doing so, would i lose weight?
- Any pros and cons of going this?
For me and this is just my experience. Protein shakes don’t keep me full for long so I find myself wanting something a bit more substantial. Better to eat a can of tuna kind of thing vs drink your calories. I will add a protein shake to help me reach my calorie and protein goals. I find them best as a boost vs the gas so to speak.
