Changing it up

I use to do 16:8. It worked out well, but I wanted a little more challenge with this. Now I’m doing 20:4. So far so good. Just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice that might help me out a little with this?

Drink lots of water. If 16:8 wasn’t a challenge for you then 20:4 isn’t much different. I myself alternate between the two and have had amazing results. Water is always the key when I feel hungry though.
