I’m trying to keep my water intake up as best I can and I’m doing a “clean” fast, but I’m a little disappointed in the scale. I think it went down maybe a couple ounces but I think I was expecting to at least lose some water weight or something.
Yeah, week is really not that long to see any real change. You can easly drink back the water you lost, it takes time for body to adjust.
Don’t feel bad, just keep doing what you doing for a month and see if there are any weight changes then.
