I’m 32 female. Current weight 145 goal weight 140.Ideally I’d lose maybe 5 lb? The 5 lb are always the hardest to lose I know, and I’d like to change my body composition. I box two times a week I know it’s not enough but I’m thinking of adding IF to the mix.
I’m looking at using IF to change my body composition versus significant weight loss like many others in this forum. Are there others on here who’ve used IF to change their body composition as opposed to significant weight loss goals?
If you really want body composition changes, you’ll need strength training. You can do IF to maintain your weight, and even lose those 5 pounds, but you’ll look the same. So adding in some gym time would be worthwhile for you goals.
