Which are ok? I know stevia is, but is that pure leaf or mixed with erithrytol? Same with monkfruit? Almost everything on the market is mixed.
I would stay away from sweeteners. Fasting is also a state of mind, if you are taking in sweeteners it can trigger a response in the mind that it’s getting fed. Water throughout the fasting period and you’ll get there. Day 12 of IF here, 18:6
