The scale is an absolute motivator. I was ready to call my first fast at 48 but when I stepped on the scale this morning… down 6.6lbs in 2 days. Yeah I think I’m gonna push to 72.
Take it slow mate. I would do atleast couple of 48s before doing a 72. Ur body needs time to become metabolically flexible. U could do rolling 48s with a small refeed window. Stick to high fat foods so u continue to stay in ketosis and don’t forget ur electrolytes.
