okay ive never water fasted, i wanna lose weight. is 15 days extreme?
I don’t think 15 days of fasting is extreme, but water only might be. But just try it. I supplement with home made bone broth from beef bones, almost no protein (no cartilage cooked), so it should supply mainly electrolytes. I am 6 days in, feeling better than yesterday (and yesterday was better than before yesterday :)
