I’ve been dealing with constipation ever since starting IF (16:8). I drink a lot of water but I know I’m not getting enough fiber in. Do you think taking fiber supplements could help get me back on track? Any advice is appreciated
I’m having this same issue. I’ve started taking fibre supplements in the form of sachets that you mix with water within my eating window. One of the effects for me on IF especially if you have a short window
I find the source of the fibre creates the issue. Fibre from grains causes problems if I eat too much. From veggies, it’s fine. Supplements may make it better or worse for you. Don’t know until you try.
