Is anyone doing it? It is a fasting option on the fasting App I am using, Zero, so I did a little reading on it tonight And am doing my first one tonight. I have not seen it mentioned in the 2 weeks I have been a member of this Reddit posting group, which I come to often for inspiration. I have been doing 18/6 since starting about 3 weeks ago and am loving IF. Any and all help and info will be greatly appreciated.
Circadian fasting? Is this just having your eating window during the morning/day? It’s weird that we have to give names to everything.
If that’s what you mean, then yeah I have my window in the morning. It’s much better for you. Your gut biome becomes in sync with your sleeping pattern. You sleep better too. I struggle to sleep well if I eat in the evening now and always have a bad stomach.
