So I just watched a few of Cole’s videos about death fasting to drop fat as fast as possible. I’d probably have to soft dry fast as I can’t not wash up and brush my teeth, but I’m worried about dehydration. Has anyone tried this with adverse effects from the lack of fluid intake? Thanks!

also, i haven’t experimented yet but if we store water (5 to 10 lbs roughly) then 1 8 oz drink in the morning /night should be ok. and your body would still be needing to get water from fat.

Why tf are you doing death fasting? It’s just dumb and Cole really only said it got a video because he was extra mad.Just do normal dry fasting. Hard dry fast are too extreme like not washing your hands? As if that’s gonna hydrate you like crazy
