Curious about doing 30 day fast...

Hey anyone here ever completed a 30 day fast and finished successfully? The reason I ask is I would love to do one but I’m concerned with the re-feed and also I’m worried about regaining the weight. If I stayed keto or very low carb after the 30 day would I regain a lot of the weight after the re-feed?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Watch coles videos on maintaining weight loss. Also you have to remember your not the same weight so you don’t need as many calories anymore.For me personally rolling 48s and high volume cardio is far more sustainable than one big long fast

Before starting a fast its crucial that you plan your refeed and new lifestyle by NOW!!!

Are you scaried about regaining weight? Good or bad news, it is completely on you if you will regain it or not, of course after a big fast at least 3kg will be re-gained, but thats expected and its just water.

Are you ready to portion control, exercise, change your bad habbits into good ones and eat less cheat meals FOREVER???
