Wanted to update that I haven’t really been able to keep to my timing cos I do like a milky tea awhile after dinner.
A side note that I have noticed that I eat too much when I sit down and “eat out”. Will try to do Takeaway from now on, so I can control my portions better.
Just a quick question as a noob, does food in the stomach prevent the start of a fast? I’m doing 16:8 IF and yesterday had a large meal in the last hour of my feeding window. I felt bloated all night and had indigestion even before bed. Does this push back the start of my fast, even though I wasn’t eating my body was still digesting what was there
