Day 25 of OMAD, no alcohol and 5-6 times a week hour long exercise on stepper/bike. Only drinking water and black coffee during fast.

Lost 6.8kgs so far (33F, 5’7, SW: 74.5kg, CW: 67.7kg, GW: ~63). Feeling so much lighter, exercise is getting easier, mind a lot sharper and no more bloating. I can zip up all of my old dresses now!

Hoping the progress will keep going.
