I feel amazing! Also not hungry, no hunger pangs.. I feel great! My only concern is, I go up and down the stairs a bunch throughout my days, and I feel muscle soreness on the upper thighs of the leg.. is this normal? Should this be a concern? Other than that I feel healthier then ever! I am getting some of the best sleep ever, and feel refreshed and energized the following day.
I also have not been supplementing.. is this mandatory?
I drink on average 2 gallons of water a day, minimum 1 gallon water a day.
That’s great! I’m so happy for you! I think you should be supplementing, it’s important for general health to get your Micronutrients, also make sure you’re getting in enough electrolytes by buying some water with it or drinking some bone broth. Keep it going if you’re feeling good!
