Do frozen berries give u add?

I read this article https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/pesticides-kids-linked-adhd-flna1c9447329 and it freaked me out. I thought frozen berries were better because it retain nutritions but This seems to make sense because I do have trouble concentrating after eating frozen berries. Anyone else have this issue?

Answer

Absolutely not 🤣🤦‍♂️. The article is saying that certain pesticides may be a cause of ADHD and it is being shown that kids with high levels of pesticide residue in their urine were more likely to have ADHD. Blueberries just happen to be one of the crops that gets heavily sprayed with these toxic pesticides and insecticides. Look for organic blueberries however this doesn’t mean that they aren’t sprayed Either just have to be sprayed with USDA organic approved chemicals. The best is to find a local farmer and find one that tells you they don’t spray any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.

Answer

Frozen berries don’t, pesticides do, the effects of pesticides are cumulative, and children are far more vulnerable to dangerous chemicals than adults, as it can impact their long-term brain and body development. Buy organic.
