Do people who fast regularly and eat well get cancer?

I’m wondering if there’s any research around, can anyone please help? I’m not talking about treatment of cancer using fasting but prevention. I’m keen to know. I’m eating on a 20:4 pattern at the moment, some days 16:8 if I have any excuse…

Otherwise I’m eating very clean, zero processed foods, no added sugar, and almost everything I eat is grown organically on my own property. Its an incredibly diverse diet, usually 10+ different vegetables in meals. Its pretty low carb mostly but we do buy some beans and rice sometimes. We don’t really eat meat and we stopped eating dairy, but we’re not vegan because we have a very happy flock of free range chickens here 😂 Anyway, I’m keen to hit an anti cancer sweet spot, my father was only a couple of years older than me when he died of pancreatic. I’m trying to do everything I can to avoid risk factors.

Answer

Everyone gets cancer cells in the body. The question is how to minimize them and help immune system eradicate them before pathological growth.

Eating clean and fasting definitely helps to sensitize the cancer cells. But if you want to minimize the chances you also gotta include exercise, sauna & cruciferous vegetables and have a solid sleep schedule.
It’s not a 100% protection, nothing is, but it should help a lot with detoxing and immune system.
