For probably a couple years, I’ve been taking OTC Omeprazole. Well I ran out on Monday and honestly kept forgetting to go get some more. But I haven’t had any reflux or heartburn since then. Yay for healthy living!
I’ve been doing 16:8 for about 6 weeks now, and in my 8 hour window I snack and eat one meal at night. Mostly keto. So I guess OMAD? I’ve had a couple days in that time where I broke my fast and ate dirty, but I got back into my routine pretty quick, so I guess that saved me from having any gerd symptoms.
