Does dry fasting heal acne scars and nerve/muscle back pain?

Does anyone have stories of dry fasting healing blemishes / acne scars or healing chronic back pain mainly nerve but partly muscle?

If so how long was the fast? Did it come back? Any other details?

I’m experienced dry fasting, but haven’t in a bit in order to gain weight but plan to embark again and was wondering if I could expect these newer issues to go away.

Answer

It healed my motor nerve but I also took Lions mane and Noopept (Nerve Growth Factor boosting nootropics)

It took hundreds of hours. Im 5 thousand+ in now and its slowly healing a torn of trapezius muscle. At the very least it is keeping the inflammation away.

What’s up with the back specifically? I am convinced that dry fasting past 5 days will produce the stem cells to heal from most ailments. Lumbar rehabilitation requires a lifetime commitment to avoiding aggravators, generally flexion, and maintaining a strong core

I’m in the process of healing a shoulder injury at the moment - a torn rotator cuff. I’ve done a 26-day water fast, a 9-day dry fast and a 10-day dry fast. Each time my shoulder has healed a little bit more. I’m not at 100% now, but I’d say 80% at the moment. I actually healed it in the past through water fasting, but this time I just re-injured it. It’s almost healed and sometimes I barely even notice the injury is there until I exercise.

However, it has done nothing for my acne scars, even after 10 days.
