I’ve notice itchy tingly sensations above my c- section scar and have more feeling above it. I hadn’t gotten feeling back completely afterwards. Now 12 years later after dry fasting quite a bit (100 hours longest), it is returning. Not sure what else could cause it - it’s definitely nerves what I’m feeling. Very twingy. But it wasn’t right away after the first dry fast. It’s been over a few months.

Answer

Perhaps definitely yes over time, not over night though. I mean dry fasting is the most powerful way to induce autophagy right now. So over time it’ll get rid of all the dead cells and form new ones.

Edit: also one other thing to mention, it’s best when doing prolonged dry fasting, preferably 2 days + intermittent dry fasting won’t really do much, at least not as much as prolonged fast.

Answer

Neuropathy tends to improve over time without intervention - provided there is not a continued causative agent such as hyperglycaemia in diabetes. Nerves can repair for up to two years of their own volition however dry fasting, or even water fasting would vastly speed up and improve the efficacy of this 👌
