Im almost done with my 5 day dry fast and the day after I break it I’m having a family party. Is it too soon to drink alcohol 24 hours after the dry fast ended?
Probably not worth it. It’s gonna hit you so fast you’ll already feel hungover like 2 hours later. A lot of stress on an already stressed body. I really don’t think it would be a pleasant experience for you
Seriously? Yes. When you break a dry fast of that length your system is extremely sensitive. Alcohol is dehydrating for your body. You could pass out - refeeding is not something to mess around with. If you’re going to drink alcohol, break a day early. It’s not worth hospitalization
