Question: I was planning on doing a 10 day fast, first 3 days dry and finishing with a 7 day water fast. Has anyone ever broken their dry fast and then gone back into dry fasting? i.e. rehydrate on day 4 and then start dry fasting again? Or should you stick with the transition to water and just try to go longer with the next one?
I’ve read that you can go dry-to-wet, but wet-to-dry is problematic, just wondering what others experience.
I’ve never done it but people have asked this question and responses are usually always giving the green light. I don’t see what the issue would be. Try it out…if it doesn’t go great just finish off as a water fast?
