“How many egg yolks should one consume per day?” I asked google, Thought the answer was really simple but nope, Each website has a different type of answer. Some say you can eat 2 per day, some say 4 per week Others say 4-5 per day wouldn’t hurt over the long run if you are an active person.

So how much should an average person eat per day?

And does your activity level change the results? I do intense workout for 2 hours a day 6 times a week for example.

Answer

Most modern science says eating cholesterol doesn’t raise cholesterol. Some dispute that, but the easiest way to know is to eat whole eggs for 3 months and then go do your blood work and those results would let you know if you need to cut back on the cholesterol you’re eating or not.
