Hello guys, Lately I dont feel hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat. Is this sign of ketosis? I am not focusing on what exactly I am eating. I usually eat pasta with tomatoes or meat with rice. Is it possible to reach ketosis during IF despite eating carbs? My easting window has shrinked from 8 to like 4 and less hours a day. (I am enjoying this I used to be constantly hungry this is great freeing feeling)
When I’ve had too many carbs, I get less hungry and less thirsty. IF has made me more sensitive to carbs (gluten? wheat? Sugar? I dunno). Something gets stuck in my digestion. I’ll take some fiber (Metamucil) when this happens and almost instantly I get thirsty again.
