Extended fasting info

Hi all. I’m a 21f 5’2 SW: 214 CW: 168 GW: 120 and I’m looking for some resources into longer term fasting. I’m curious as to what the cut off to that is and how it differs in terms of what you need to do, what you need to watch out for during the fast. I’m fasting for weight loss primarily but want to do clean fasting for all the other health benefits. I’ve done plenty of 24s and 72s, (even two week longs before) but I want to go for a week minimum and even continue if I feel good enough to do so. I always listen to my body if I need to break. I’m a college student in a very light semester so now is the best time to do so. I keep on top of my sleep, right amount of daily electrolytes, I love to go on walks, need to do better about water intake but is there anything else I need to be watching out for? For example vitamins? Is there any point to taking them because you need protein or fat a lot of the time to absorb them anyway and they can break a fast? Anyway I’m almost 100 hours into a fast right now and just needing some advice, I’m feeling great and want to continue . Thank y’all so much!
