I’ve been doing 16/8 for about 5 months now. It works really well for me and I’ve lost over 20 pounds. I got past the point to where it was uncomfortable waiting for noon to hit so I can eat (I’m up at 6:30am). Within the last week I have been waking up so hungry it’s making me nauseous or dizzy. I stopped eating any sweets before fasting and it’s not helping. Does anyone have advice?
A spoon of psylium in water and it will fill you ip ;) some if-ers do this everyday actually. Its pure fiber, you cant really digest it thus theres no calorie intake and insuline reaction. It doesnt break the fast yet you feel that you ate smth
simply fight the urge to eat…. nausea and dizziness shouldn’t scare you it will not get worse. 16 hours without food is nothing and your body can easily handle it. I have done up to 60 hours during which I had periods of nausea that went away. I am 45 hours into a fast right now and I am not even hungry or interested in eating.
