I fasted for about 45 hrs last wednesday to friday. I weighed myself just now i’ve gained a whopping 9 pounds. Is my progress all gone
Nope. With fasting on average you can lose about half a pound a day with the rest of the drop coming from plain old water. Once you start eating and specially if your diet is full of carbs, your water weight can bounce back and even exceed your previous weight.
From what point in the fast did you weigh yourself? You’re going to lose 5+ pounds of water weight over a few days and gain it back over a few days. You shouldn’t take it too seriously in either direction.
