Anyone have successes with this? I have been using IF to hold my weight for two years but I am suddenly gaining now that Meno is upon me. Any support or advice?
Not dealing with menopause yet, but I have dealt with hormone issues, early 40s female. You might try cheat days/meals, shorter fasts (I do 13 hours on early gym days), weight lifting if you’re not incorporating already. These have helped me.
