(F) 26yo, 5'5, currently 177 lbs. How long will it take to get to 145?

Even someone with the same stats may not have the same experience/timeframe. Everyone’s biology is different. And it will depend on other factors like, what your IF schedule is, how much do you exercise, etc.

But I’ve read that the standard for safe, steady weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. That’s not to say losing more is unsafe, but that’s the typical ‘recommendation’ for sustained weight loss.

Seriously though, how many calories are you in deficit per week? If you are burning 2000 calories and consuming 1500 per day, you will burn 1 pound a week on average.

Almost the same stats but I started at about 163 ish and took me three months to get to 145 if I remember correctly. I ate 1200 calories per day which I tracked and weighed all my food and also worked out every day. The best would be losing 1-2 lbs per week.
