There is no day 1 post because I didn’t think to post here until now.

I’ve done 24 hour fasts several times in the past and I basically grew up unintentionally intermittent fasting due to the convenience. I’ve always been chubby despite eating an average amount and have been dieting since I was 8 (you heard that right).

I was a very sedentary person until I started c25k a few weeks ago and am currently on week 4. (I don’t take any rest days so it’s technically been less than 4 weeks.)

I know I’m not that big to begin with and my goal weight may seem alarming to some of you, but I store a disproportionate amount of fat in my face/neck so I look significantly heavier than I actually am.

I don’t intend on water fasting all the way to 115 but I’m hoping that by making this post, I can find friends with similar stats so we can motivate each other. I also intend on posting updates to keep myself accountable.

Currently, I’m not hungry at all. This is the first time I’ve fasted for this long and I wish I had something to do to distract myself.

Whats up! Currently on day 3 myself! I feel great! And dont plan on stopping. I plan on doing a 30 day water fast then see how im feeling by then to go longer? This will be my third longterm water fast. Longest i went was 17 days.

I am currently distracting myself by learning spanish with the app Doulingo! Its fantastic!!! Es muy buene!

I intend on starting Monday and seeing where it goes from there I’ve fasted before so I’m used to the whole fasting aspect of it since I used to IF when I was younger but Water-fasting has amazing results hahaJust note if you plan on water fasting for a long period I’d recommend taking in salts that the body needs if not you’ll most likely get un easy headaches nausea or lightheaded feelings (not trying to scare you in anyway) 😖
