I sadly failed my 20 day fast after 120 hours my head and stomach and body couldn’t handle it, it’s my first fast I’m proud it got so far but after eating today I’m going right back to fasting today, I have supplements coming to hopefully help
120 hours is a good length for a fast. Please consider the lack of nutrition, particularly vitamin D and zinc, at this current time, plus the temporary weakening of the immune system before re-reeding is established. My thoughts are that waiting until Spring would be far safer.
I’ve fasted for a long time basically 18:6 and 20:4 for months. 5-6 days a week most of the time. I have a hard time after 24 hours, congratulations! Any level of consistency will be great as long as you stay with it and get your nutrition in.
