Hey everyone I’m a skinny guy I’m doing the 16/8 fasting method in order for my body to stop producing insulin so I can obtain hollow cheeks. Is it safe to fast even tho I’m skinny and does anyone recommend any foods to gain the proper nutrition?
This is not a troll post I’m actually being for real. The reason I ask is because I’m in another Reddit community called “Mewing” which is all about face reconstruction with your tongue posture and I’ve seen a lot of discussions about people talking about intermittent fasting to reduce the insulin of your body to prevent getting chubby cheeks. I’ve seen some progress in myself however I would like to know if it’s safe to continue doing if not I would go back to my normal eating routine. I’m just looking for feedback.
