Fasting Question…

Hi I’ve been doing my calorie deficit for one month now. And fasting for two weeks.

I was just wondering if anyone’s losing weight while the scale hasn’t moved down anymore?

Like my belly has gone down rapidly but the scale has been stuck after losing 16lbs this January.

Should I not look at the scale anymore?

Your body usually adjusts to the calories you are consuming. If it stops losing weight, means you will need to lower them even more to keep losing. But fasting also primarily forces your body to burn fat for energy, so basically your body has taken your deficit as its new maintenance, but since you’re still fasting, it’s gonna continue to take body fat away.
