Its been 25 hrs since i started fasting. Im sure its been asked a bunch of times but what electrolytes do i need to be taking to continue this journey?
I don’t have much to add since I’m also on day 2 of my first fast, but I did want to say there’s an Electrolytes 101 tab at the top of the subreddit. I’ve gathered that you want to focus on sodium, potassium, and magnesium, or a premade mix with those ingredients that doesn’t have calories or sugar.
