I finished my first 18 hour fast and feel great. Not sure what to do next though. Another 18? 20? I don’t want to do next. I don’t want to do too much too fast and get burned out.
Congrats on completing 18hrs fasting! If you are feeling fine and not hungry then slowly try extending the fast to see how much you can stretch. Make it 20hrs and then see how you feel, still not hungry then try 22hrs then 24hrs. 24hrs fast has great benefits and you will feel wonderful achieving it! Basically just see at which hour you feel really hungry (not psychologically) and then break your fast. Keep it up!
