Figured it was time to make some changes when I couldn’t button my old suit jacket and I started opting for sweats over jeans for reasons other than comfort. Hopping in with an 18:6 with mild cardio and plan to be diligent about what I’m eating as well.
Here’s to buttoning my suit jacket back up one day!
Just remember… Consistency is really important. It took you a long time to gain that weight, it’s going to take some time to lose it. But fasting absolutely positively works. Check back with us as often as you can; after the first few weeks you will be shocked at how easy it is.

I’m doing a 24 hour right now. Had to do a 12 to do bloodwork, but then I’m going to work afterwards…just have to stay busy till 6:00.
Or maybe, skip dinner too and go to bed early…a 40 hour if I can hold off a little.
