I have been intermittent fasting and Keto off and on for years now. Started at 310 and have been maintaining around 275, lowest I have gotten to is 250. Have really been hitting it hard for a little over two weeks now and I am going to attempt my first 36 hour fast, which I am already an hour so into it. Plan on breaking the fast on Saturday morning with an all you can eat breakfast buffet. I am excited to try to work this into a weekly or bi-weekly routine.
I’m doing one right now! They are my favorite fasts, because you can start at night and eat in the morning. My routine, when I do it, is 36 hr Sun night-Tue morning. Then and 18/6 till Wed. Then another 36 hr from Wed night-Fri Morning. 18/6 till Sat. Rest of Sat and Sunday off, until Sunday evening, of course.
