I’ve been doing fasts for a while, working my way up to this. Is there anything I need? I have electrolytes/sodium drops, idk if there’s something else that I might need. Also any tips? Thanks!
I did my first 72 hour fast last month (actually my first long fast in general). Day 2 was very rough as I was lightheaded. Caffeine helped me get a second wind. The next time around I want to prep by taking lots of vitamins a few days before to make sure I roll into it better. I was taking electrolytes but I’m not sure it worked well.
