67.7 cal, 2g protein, 2g fat, 11g carbs, 0 sugar, and 220g sodium. Net weight 60 grams.
Could this be a lie? I’m in disbelief, all other ramen noodles are at around 400 calories and like 80g carbs. could this be a lie? are they allowed to lie?
They’re called “Ching’s secret manchurian noodles”
that’s insane. i don’t know if any of this is true or just deceptive marketing. maybe they weighed it after it cooked where most of the weight is water?
it’s just that it’s 60 grams, but 60 grams of what? it’s got only 1 gram of protein, only 11 grams of carbs, what’s the rest then? it’s really suspicious if you ask me
That’s interesting, and possibly believable. I saw a documentary about Ramen manufacturing. I was surprised to see a deep-fry step in the process. It explained why they seemed so satisfying. It’s fatty. Maybe you found a brand that isn’t deep fried. I should try that too.
i’ll check my ramen tomorrow but saw a video on youtube titled low calorie foods and the first was a noodle from china and was SUPER low calorie, not sure if it’s those i’ll have to check and will let you know.
