Starting in June 2020 I went from 215ish pounds to 145lbs. This year I managed to gain about 35 pounds putting me back at 180lbs. I’ve decided to get back into alternate day fasting and I’m posting this to keep me accountable 😊
Question for you as I’m curious as to what people have done to maintain after fasting diets. Did you completely open up your diet after losing the weight? Did weight gain come back on immediately? What are your lessons learned.
I’m having great results with fasting I’m just wondering how i should tailor my diet once I hit goal weight.
