In an experienced faster. I used to do water fast all the time. In fact I was trained under a well known faster online. I could do water fasts with ease. So when the time came to doing dry fast I was already prepared. For 4 months I did 72 hour fasts every week and the rest of the days I refed.
I was able to do this for 4 months straight without much of a problem. I then took a one in a half month break but as of now I can’t seem to go past 48 hours.
How do I get back to doing longer de fast ls again?
I’m thinking of emptying my fridge to reduce temptation but u never had this problem before.

I do 72-90 hours weekly currently. I did 72 hours per week for 1 year before my current schedule. To get back I would suggest starting out with 48 hours per week, do that for a month, then add 6 hours do that for another month, then add 6 more and so on….Your body will be able to adjust, and you can build up to wherever you want. This is what I do and why ot is currently at 90 hours
