Define the schedule you want to fast. Figure out how it fits in your life around work/school/etc. Begin to slowly ease back into it. Push your eating back 30-60mins a day until you’re where you’d like to be. Yes it’s not an instant overhaul but nothing worth achieving ever is.

Go slow. Drink more water than you think you need. Stay active and remain engaged in what you want to do in your time. Eat lots of fiber when you do break your fast.

Be mindful, kind, and patient with yourself.
