Looking for some good books/podcasts/YT videos etc to engage with. I am keen on learning more about how certain foods effect the body, how to optimise performance and keeping a balanced lifestyle. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Nutrition Made Simple on YouTube is decent from what I’ve seen.
Stronger By Science isn’t specifically nutrition, but it is a common topic on their podcast.
Max Lugavere has a decent podcast as well. The Genius Life.
