Guys. I’m on vacation.

I’m so scared to get on the scale when I get home. But I’m not going to as soon as I get back. Yes I will. No I won’t. Yes I will! Motivation… I don’t feel like I gained a lot but definitely don’t feel like I lost. Shocker. Monkey wrench-I also had my period this whole time so maybe it was for the best 😅 I’ll keep ya updated. 🤞🏽

live your life and enjoy it. health is a long term life commitment. what matters is your habits over the rest of your life. straying away while retaining discipline is an important part of that. you’ll be fine. we all believe in you and regardless of what you weigh when you get home, know that its just a small blip of time in the context of a long and healthy life.

Answer

Give yourself a week after coming back to hop on the scale.

I went on vacation last year and, while extremely active, I ate really well. I jumped on the scale as soon as I got home and gained 8 pounds. I dealt defeated.

Got back in my groove and my next weigh in a week later, all the added weight was gone.

Likely all water weight from the additional food I was eating, or easy to burn off stuff.

But while on vacation, live it up, you deserve it.
