Happy fasting everybody :)

I am into my 70th hour of 96 hour fast. I am really hungry literally craving food and looking up at different restaurants to order sth lol! But I wanna get to 96 hours anyhow because this would be my 5th time failing to reach my goal. Any suggestions?? Literally anything will help to take my mind off food rn

Here’s something I find that helps that I hardly EVER hear people on various snakediet groups and forums recommend. Everyone knows that hunger is the biggest enemy when first beginning a fast. To combat that, try liquid fat fasting for 3 to 5 days before going into a snake juice fast. If you like coffee, drink up to 3 cups of coffee throughout the day comprising a tablespoon (or two) of butter and coconut oil. The fat is satiating, and after 2-3 days you will be in ketosis, with diminished hunger and able to easier transition to water fasting. I know that Cole is not a fan of coffee, but, it absolutely helps some of us. Just my two cents. Good luck!
