I am about to break my 120 hours fast, I feel like I can little longer, but I’ll probably break my fast in 10-12 hours. My goal is to lose weight and I am going for clean keto, with mainly eggs, chicken, lettuce and broccoli. Do you have any suggestion how much calories should I take before going on for another 120 hour fast. Thank you
