Answer

Dry fasts somehow seem to be the only thing that completely clears up my nostrils. I thought it may be because of food causing the mucus buildup but even on water fasts it doesn’t clear up as well as it does on a dry fast. I only dry fast for at most, 40 hours.

Answer

Absolutely it does.

In addition, let me introduce you to a quick method that you may find helpful to clearing your sinuses.

Step 1: Take a regular breath in and a regular breath out

Step 2: Pinch your nose shut and hold your breath

Step 3: While your nose is pinched and your breath held, rock your head up and down

Step 4: Take a breath in when you start to feel uncomfortable

Tip. Don’t do this if you’re in terrible health but if you have clogged sinuses and you did this for a long period of time, you’ll actually feel them clearing up.

Hope this was helpful

Look up nose unblocking techniques.I have heard the issue of waking up with clogged sinuses many times. You may find answers if you dig into that area some more.

Answer

Dry fasting very effective.

Also, strange but very effective. Coconut oil pulling works wonders! Tablespoon of coconut oil in mouth swish around for 20 mins spit it out. Do it every day. Also great for whitening teeth and oral health.

Also, dont drink milk, that alone has helped people clear up their sinuses. If you need an alternative, almond or coconut milk.
