Dreadful, lol. It was boring cuz I didn’t have enough energy to do anything, and drinking electrolytes got less and less tolerable as the days went on. Check my post history if you want more details.

Started fasting again this week and this time I’m starting with ADF, and will probably stick with it, but I am tempted to try rolling 3:1 again, but the thought of drinking electrolytes ever again is making me hesitate. I’ll see how ADF goes for a week or two first, then maybe speed things up if I really need to, but I sort of doubt I’d need to.

I did a month a year ago and am currently on Day 17/42. As long as you’re hitting your electrolytes and listening to your body if something feels off, it’s actually relatively fine. The first 5 days are the hardest and the rest is just combating mind games and boredom.

I want to emphasize, though, that taking in the proper amount of electrolytes is KEY. Do NOT neglect electrolytes.
