Wrinkles and grey hair signal aging. I’m 1000% positive shorter fasts are good for you. But there is very obvious data lacking in longer stuff. Like a 2-3 week water fast for instance. What are your experiences with this?
I wouldn’t do 2-3 weeks. Better to do like 3-4 day fasts weekly so you can get in your nutrients on the other days. If you look at anorexics they age like crazy due to depriving themselves of nutrients and collagen creating foods for too long.
